Platform collects information needed to operate organizer accounts, event registrations, payments, security and support. Registration information may include participant name, date of birth, contact information and emergency-contact information.

Use of information

Information is used to provide requested services, administer events, process payments, protect the platform and meet legal obligations. Event organizers receive information necessary to administer their events.

Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and separate from required registration consent. Users may withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe mechanism in marketing messages.

Protection and retention

Platform will use reasonable safeguards and retain personal information only as needed for legitimate operational, contractual and legal purposes.
