Platform provides technology that helps organizers publish events, accept registrations and facilitate payments. Organizers remain responsible for event accuracy, legality, safety, applicable taxes, refund/cancellation rules and delivery unless applicable law places an obligation on Platform.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers must have authority to operate their events, maintain appropriate participant waivers and policies, comply with applicable laws and taxes, and use participant information only for legitimate event purposes.

Participant registrations

Participants must provide accurate information and comply with the organizer's event rules, waiver and refund/cancellation policy. Prices, applicable taxes and service fees will be disclosed before payment.

Payments and refunds

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Refund rights may depend on the organizer's published policy and applicable law. Applicable fees and taxes will be disclosed before payment.
